Good food and good staff
We visited Yesterday's Sandwich Shop on a weekday, and even on a Tuesday the restaurant was bustling with diners. Once we got our sandwiches, we understood why - the chicken salad was excellent, served on shop-baked bread, and all the other sandwiches our group tried were similarly delicious. They do a steady stream of take-out business as well, further evidence of the restaurant's appeal.
Great old man building. Cool build out. Food was good. Cobbler desert was fantastic.

Whenever I end up in Weatherford because my wife wants to see something I don't, we have lunch at Yesterday's. There is nothing special about the menu of sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts. But what is special is that all is homemade and exceptionally well-done. The thick-cut sourdough bread is incredible and really makes the sandwiches special. They have terrific homemade cobblers and ice cream to top off lunch. The historical building charm makes for a great atmosphere. The place is very clean, even the bathroom, which often gets overlooked in many places. Counter order, table delivery, no tippping needed makes for an economical and delightful place to have lunch.
