I've been eating at this location for many years when Jimmy and his wife had it. It was wonderful when they had it. This place has gotten worse and worse this year. The management is terrible! They need to get someone in there that knows how to plan and run the business right! Food is never prepared to fill the orders, always out of roasted chicken, no rolls ready today either. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YOU'RE LOOSING BUSINESS! Get someone in there that cares!!
This close to my house & food good. Service , speed & accuracy are horrible. Been there three times and all three were messed up. First time gave me someone else's food & had to go back in line & wait. Second time gave me food I did not order & charged me for it. Third time waited over fifteen minutes. Decided to go in to see what problem was. Meet by employee who shrugged her shoulders & said not my fault.
I went there today through the Drive-through ordered a 4 piece tender basket with fries and a side of corn nuggets. First off my corn nuggets tasted like old grease and most of them went to my dogs. One of my chicken tenders of my four piece was so dry I gave it to my dogs as well. The fries were also dry and tasted like old grease gave most of those to my dogs too. To top it off the gravy was like water. My meal was $11 something extremely over priced. At least my dogs enjoyed it. The only reason I’m even giving it a one star rating is because I have too and the roll was good.
I will never go back to this location!
The store is clean and the food is good, and usually hot and fresh when Mike is cooking. Most of the staff is young and have no customer service skills. Suzann, one of the Supervisors is great and always makes sure your order is accurate and perfect. If it wasn't for the the young, rude and immature staff I would give 5 stars.
Better than chicken express in my opinion. I like yeast rolls more than biscuits.
