I have had nothing but trouble getting paperwork for a injection coming up
The women at the front desk have awful Costumer service!!!!! Specially Vanessa I believe thats her name. The office never calls me about my appointments and that's why I keep on having good to rescheduled them. Other than that the doctor is nice but he really is mean really needs to work on the front desk.
I have had nothing but excellent patient care from Dr. Rupa Pachigolla. She is very friendly and explains everything about my treatment. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and I always receive reminder calls for my appointment.
Wonderful bedside manner. Professional and kind. She cares for her patients and spends time trying to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend her! Office staff is great. The cute blonde at the front has the best personality ever. All around great office
Really bad employer's they don't even train you right an then get mad and fire you for not doing things the way they want.
