I have been shopping at PetSmart for a while now just because there is no where else to get crickets. I have to wait forever to get help picking them up. I'm talking 20 minutes in store weekly to get 20 crickets. I try to understand but now I am going to have to find an alternative place to shop. I have a 5 month old puppy that I called to get training for. I had a conversation about what classes would be best for my dog and we agreed on a time and day. The trainer informed me as long as the class time remained on the board that we could still attend class. That after it's paid for then it would be erased and locked in. So I made a point to go by early the morning of the class to make sure it was available. I picked up my paper work, bought extra treats for class and a huge bag of dog food. I explained to the cashier that I needed to pay for my class as well. The cashier advised me to wait till training to pay since it was still on the board there should be no issue. We (my 4yr old daughter and our puppy) showed a few minutes early very excited for Sadies class. Only to be greeted by a woman who seemed less then excited to be there. When i handed my paper work over and explained what the cashier said she proceeded to let me know I had lost my scheduled time due to the fact that she filled the class from home. She even opened her personal calendar to show me. I said I understand but reminded her of what she had told me about the calender in store that I could check. I don't understand why people choose to be "Right " when they could be kind. She could had offered an apology for the mix up and offer a new time but instead continued to make me feel at fault while my daughter stood there in disappointment. Customer service is definitely missing in this store. I have very rarely felt satisfied leaving this store and today I left HEART BROKEN.
One of the best experiences I have ever had in this store was a couple days ago. I really didn't know whole lot about fish for my 10 year old son but Sarah helped us and told us what we needed and why we needed it. She took the time to explain how tanks and fish are which I found really awesome because my son needed to understand the responsibility he was taking on. She was so kind and helpful and everytime I have been in there, she has been courteous and well informed on what's what. If ya'll need help with the animals, Sarah is your lady!
We always love coming here to get a quick treat. I think for a pet supply store it's simple enough. It's hard to find staff if you have questions and the stock sometimes seems pretty unorganized. However, each time I requested help with an item they were quickly to assist. I feel the prices are higher than other pet stores. Our Great Dane really seemed to enjoy herself!
Our new pets will be very happy with everything we just purchased.
Anytime we need something for one of our pets, this is the first place we look. The staff at this location is always friendly and willing to help. The staff is knowledgeable about the stuff they sell, and if they don't know the answer they try to find someone in the store thday does.
Just left PetSmart in Weatherford very happy! Chuck and Airich really know how to take care of their guests. They took the time to help us with everything we looked at.
