It is upsetting when you are telling something important but keep getting ignored. I don't feel the staff is as knowledgeable as when Grote himself had the business. I have even heard several other people complain about the services they have encountered. Not the clinic that it used to be and I am no longer suggesting this clinic to any other pet owners. I am even taking my business elsewhere.
These people are angelic! We had to have out cat Motzy taken care of and even though only three people saw our cat they sent us a card with over a dozen signatures!
They have changed up some things here and the staff was much better this time. We had to put our fur baby to sleep. They were extremely kind and compassionate. They were attentive to my concerns and did everything exactly the way I asked. Our baby left us very peacefully. Thank you all at Grote clinic.
The staff was incredibly kind,the place clean and the vet tech lacey was informative.It will remain my loving dog Timbers doctor...hopefully for all his remaining time.
I recently found this vet last week and we had moved to weatherford that weekend before. I love this place. Seems like a down to earth and home feeling clinic for your pets when they come in. I appreciate these people and my cat, well she passed just recently but since moving and finding this vet clinic, Dr. Cate is an excellent doctor. The staff i like as well. Keep up the great work and keeping a loving positive atmosphere for animals and even the people.
