The day before Thanksgiving I walked into Cracker Barrel in the morning and asked if it would be at all possible to order regular menu items for catering for six. The manager on duty told me that it wouldn’t be a problem considering it was regular menu items. My husband and I have been swamped with moving. I placed my order and the manager tells me to come back at six.

Food was good but had to ask 4 times about our biscuits and cornbread. Finally got it when we were five minutes done with meal . Husbands salad was very bitter bake potatoe was under hot lamp for a long time hard !! Chicken and Dumplings had one big piece of chicken not the way it's supposed to come but what do you expect from a restaurant. Even when we asked manager is something wrong with service because he gave our granddaughter a ticket for her meal to pay . Giving a tip $0 . We will not come back here !!

Cracker Barrel is a great place to go with your family or friends. There is great food, great service, and a great store! It's a nice place to wind down, with it's cozy interior. And it feels like you're right at home, (for those of you who are country folks

Came here a second time, we were told it was a 20 min wait, they sat us quickly, been here for over a hour, only served us coffee once, 3 tables around us got here after we did and already ate and left. This place is trash.

I arrived at six and kind of figured it would be a little bit of a wait with thanksgiving coming up, so no big deal. On the store side they were offering patrons drinks and be kind and chatty. I paid for the food I ordered around 6:15 and waited. I waited with all of the other folks waiting. Around 7 I requested an update about the food. Around 7:30 I asked if the food would was ready again. Not that it’s Cracker Barrel’s problem, but at home I had left over spaghetti, a bunch of veggies and a watermelon. I thought they had me covered because they had said so that morning. I was there to get something for thanksgiving for my family. I have to unplug my fridge in two days for a move. We don’t live near any family and I am about to move across the country. So I wanted to walk out but didn’t want to be empty handed for thanksgiving. At 8 I requested a refund and the young lady working in the store was embarrassed and frustrated for the customers. The girl kept requesting a manager and they never would show up. I absolutely wasn’t leaving without my money at this point. Finally after I had been in the store for 3 hours someone gave me my money back. At this point they started to bring me random batches of food. At one point I cried because I was frustrated. I left your store at 9:45. I waited for a meal I had my daughter pick out for our thanksgiving(me trying to make this special due to the move) for 3 hours and 45 mins. I was already absolutely exhausted and this happened. One of the young men working on the store side bought me a pie. I tried to decline it but he insisted. I have no clue what on earth happened at the store that made me wait for this meal for so long, but never will I visit this establishment again.

Thank you to those kind hearted people who tried their best to make a bad situation better. They are complete gems!

The food was good but everything was brought out wrong/late.

We have terrible luck here. Two times in a row we get our meals at least an hour after ordering. The first time our order was completely wrong. The most recent time my whole plate was cold and the eggs and hash brown casserole were hard. The poor waitress offered to warm it in the microwave but it was inedible at that point. I have always loved Cracker Barrel but lately it has been beyond disappointing.
