Beds were clean but room smelled of urine and poo occasionally. The toilet was too easy to stop up and I had to get a plunger to keep in the room. Very nice staff and good breakfast.
We have stayed several times. Always a beautiful experience. WiFi sucks a little, but does not take away from the staff. A very accommodating place to stay.
The outside is front door to room. You come in and it smells like an old no tell hotel. Pictures do not match up to what the say is the hotel. Another bad Choice hotel pick. Two nights in a row! Floor is stained, furniture is out dated. NO HOT SHOWER!!!! THIS SUCKS!
Room was clean. However, outside doors to suites were left open all night or lock was broken. Door to room could be pushed open even when locked. TV did not work nor did the remote we were given when we checked in. "mattress" on sleeper sofa stayed curled up in a ball after sofa was opened. No sheets or pillows in the room for the sofa. Person at the front desk was aware that there were no sheets or pillows. Would not stay here again.
EXCELLENT ROOM AND FRONT DESK LADY WAS AMAZING!!! This was our first time at this particular Quality Inn but it will certainly not be our last. I was wondering how good of hotel it would even be because the prices were far below what we normally pay in other places. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived and saw it. First, it used to be a Holidy Inn and it was quite nice. Without me saying a word, the lady at the front desk recognized we are Platinum members of Choice Privileges and upgraded our room to include a huge hot tub in our room. It was almost as big as a pool! The service,, room and value was outstanding and I can't say enough how much we enjoyed it. I cant remember the lady's name but she was working on the Saturday night we stayed. I will find out and update my review because this will not be the last time we stay here. I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! You won't be disappointed!
