I have to go because it's close to the house and is the cheapest even though slowly the prices are changing. The floor is always disgusting the machines are dirty or half of them are broken. The arcade area is kinda sketchy half the time the machines don't work. I've been in there a few times when know one was working and the place looked like it wasn't clean all day. When someone is working there it's like they sit and fiddle with there phones and are not working. I always see them with a dirty mop bucket mopping the dirty floor with dirt, that kinda amazes me. The trash is usually taken out so that's a plus? The machines are usually full of soap so it's hard to decide which one you want to use because it's like, are the machines actually working? Maybe working in retail and cleaning myself has made me more picky about how clean a place is but if they could just actually keep the place clean and keep the machines going it would feel better in there and not so dirty.
It is very clean and has air conditioning. Very comfortable.
Open 24/7 and always super clean. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. I really like the amount of cameras and monitors everywhere. It encourages a safe atmosphere.
Either fix or install more 18 lb washers. They are hard to get because there are only 8 available of which only 5 work. Your customers are to stupid to realize that using three washers for 30 lbs of clothing cost more than just using a single 30 lb machine. But I guess that's the point more profit from idiots. I sure do miss the Quik Wash that used to be on South Main.
The one in Weatherford is new and open 24 hours lots of bigger machines.The one in Mineral Wells is only open till 10:00 pm.
