Took three business suits and shirts to be dry cleaned. Shirts were wrinkled and suits were ruined with burn marks. Owner admitted that the shirts were only pressed and not dry cleaned, and it appeared that the suits had been ironed as well! Owner Jan Westbrook refused to help or be responsible. Hard lesson to learn. DO NOT TAKE your clothes there.
