I stopped into Home Depot this afternoon to pick up parts to repair a faucet. I had my two young kids with me and they were being well behaved. While trying to find the right parts, an employee comes over (helping someone else) looks at me and rudely barks, "No kids allowed!" I expected a chuckle or a just kidding, but no. He turned, stepped in front of me so I could no longer look for what I needed and acknowledged me no further. I was hoping to get some help, but he finished helping the other person and quickly left. Needless to say, we left without purchasing what we needed at this store. While I don't expect full service at Home Depot, I certainly don't expect to be told I'm not welcome. Very disappointed.

I bought an item on sale. And the store refused to give me my military discount that they are so proud to publicize. I spent quite a bit of money today in home depot and it may be the last time I do that. I went to lowes but items on sale and use the coupon they gave me and in addition to that got my military discount. Had I known this was going to be my store experience I should have bought what I bought at lowes and not at home depot

Kelley at the customer service desk really went above and beyond to help me find a wick for my kerosene heater. She walked around the store and inquired from several associates until we found what I needed and did not give up on this difficult to find item. Very impressive service. Thank you Kelley!

Hassle free trip to purchase two door blinds and fuel for husband's chain saw. They were out of the large container of fuel but a friendly sales clerk gave us four small containers for the price of the large container. Thanks for going out of his way to substitute item. Also used a $10 Lowe's coupon for our purchases as Home Depot accepts competitor's coupins.
