The Lowe’s team exceeded my expectations! I had a refrigerator go out on Sunday at 2:00 pm of Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I called the store to inquire if the refridgerator I found online was in stock, it was. I ordered the refridgerator with the person on the phone. I requested Monday next day delivery including pick up and disposal of my broken refridgerator. They scheduled my delivery/ pick for Monday telling me that I would receive a call on Monday with delivery times. Monday morning I receive a call informing me of delivery and would call 30 minutes before arrival. The delivery person did exactly this. I received the call, they showed up .30 minutes later took out the old fridge in with the new. My experience was perfection as a consumer. Highly recommend!

Had a terrible time multiple times. Went around father's day and bought the bottom half to a big tool box. They charge a lot for delivery and when the day came for it to be delivered, it was late AND they brought us the store model because they sold ours. Next we went this last weekend to get my stepfather a birthday gift. We had to go last weekend because his birthday is the 21st and we can't go this weekend because we have somewhere to go. We went and found our toolbox but it was one of the big ones so we asked someone to help us. The lady said the person working in that section is with someone else but would be over asap. Waited AT LEAST 30 minutes when the guy finally came over. He hadn't realized we needed help so we had to go after him and ask for help. He then took 10 minutes to find the toolbox in the back in it's original box. Then we found out it wouldn't fit in our trunk so we went to schedule deliver and they said the earliest they could deliver it was the 23rd, which is 2 days after his birthday and it was thanksgiving. We were buying the box A WEEK AND A HALF EARLY AND THEY COULDN'T DELIVER IT. Thankfully, one of the delivery drivers fixed it so she would come deliver it the 20th. With how much we spent on it and how long it took to get help, we're seriously considering cancelling it and getting my stepdad something else. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

we had a very nice gentleman in the carpet department by the name of Joe that was very helpful and shook our hand and wished us a good day. He needs a happy to help button. And then we were in the plumbing department and had to have help getting a toilet and the two people helped us and then took off, we had to go look for them every time we needed help. But they did put our toilet on a cart though and left it in the aisle. the check out lady was very friendly and nice

Currently sitting in the store. Came in for doors and windows. Can't get help, Can't get anyone to show me where things are. The gentleman that's back here is with another customer and doing the best he can. He assisted me yesterday as well... Asked 2 other associates where things are and one of them told me the isle number. The other just said "over there." Not sure if they are short on help or the floor staff just doesnt care. giving it another 10 min and going to Home Depot.

Spent $5,000 on 3 appliances. They brought me the wrong fridge, there employees sold me a fridge they had thought had a screen in it and it infact didn't it was a demo screen on there floor model. There employee that sold me the fridge was under the impression it had a screen as was I. I bought the fridge for the screen specifically. I went in to fix the situation and was basically told sorry for the inconvenience and was treated as this was my fault for there mistake. I ordered everything a month ago and needed everything today. The price difference was $700 on the fridge I had thought I had bought. They couldn't accommodate that even after I had already spent 5k in there store and always have bought from them and spent lord knows how much. Displeased is saying the least and I will not be buying from them ever again.
