If there was a way I could give no stars I would I absolutely hate this store and it is all because of the store manager Amy she is rude and unprofessional she called me on my nephews funeral at 9pm on Her personal cell phone to ask me why my account was 1day past due I have bought so much from rent a center but I would never step foot in this store again
Absolutely the BEST store ever Dawn,Amy,Jorge and the delivery guys go Far and Beyond their job for their customers !!! I've been with Rent a center for over 20 years and would never change to another Rent a center so if you need something go and see them on main in weatherford ...and once again thanka guys for everything that you do!
Amy is an absolute nightmare and I highly recommend that you never think this place is a convenient way to get a couch.

The Store Manager Dawn and her team are the BEST!! They are courteous and always works with us. We have been a customer and always will be.
Stay as far as possible from this store. They make a game of harassing people for payment before ever being late. They aren't above breaking the law trespassing on private property, crawling through locked gates. Apparently this is standard procedure for all Rent-A-Center stores. Between the poor handling of customer relations & over priced cheap made junk, they are not anywhere near worth messing with. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. I'll sit on lawn furniture before ever buying from them again.
Oh and I forgot to mention this store is always in Season and always smells clean when you walk in the store !!! keep up the Great job!!!!!!!
