Worst customer service ever!! This is only jcpenny close to where we live. I can never find anyone in the store to answer a question. Additionally I ordered curtains, didn't come in when stated and when I call the store to talk to someone, I was treated very hatefully. So I drove 30 mins to the store and to be talked down to again!Kareema at jewelry counter said she would send someone but when I walked back up to jewelry counter several mins later and said no one showed up yet. She stated "Yes they did"!! "They are talking to Anna". I walked back to window area, waited for awhile and was walking back to front of store when i was met by Tiffinie who was able to finally help me. I asked Kareema what her name was and after answering me, she started questioning me why i was asking for her name. I'll just go to Belk at other end of shopping center. They have always been courteous!
Nobody really bothers to help you, or even acknowledge you. I looked around for a few minutes and everyone appeared to try and dodge me as I wanted to ask a question. The guy at checkout was really nice. But other than that, I wasn't thrilled.
Went to the salon. Girl was quick but did not double check to see if she cut my hair perfectly. She did not cut it very well, but it was good enough for a very quick cut
I came here in search of boys gloves. I searched for a good 30 minutes. Instead of helping me I was followed around by loss prevention and the manager was standing by the exit door. I then asked her if they had any boys gloves and she seemed as though she was not expecting me to acknowledge her. She then told me they had no childrens gloves (even though its winter). Im very disappointed.
I would give this store a 5 star if not for a couple of issues. First, the plus size clothing is very limited. There is only a small area designated for them. Secondly, their is never enough cashiers at checkout. There is always a long wait because of this. I’ve actually had to go to the jewelry counter before & I’ve seen associates recommend that customers go to the jewelry counter. Other than that the store is pleasant enough. Always neatly arranged and clean and the sales are awesome.
