Went up to a group of employees and got immediate help. Made my purchase and I had a coupon which was a 20% savings,ehich was great! Employee answered many questions for me and helped me make an educated decision on which item to purchase. Great experience!

Have been in here a few times and haven't had the customer service one would expect as standard. Was trying to buy some items this past visit and when I came to the counter, I was informed they were reserved. Ok? They were not pulled from stock and still on the shelf... Then I was told to hold on.... That went on forever and no one would ring me up or give me an answer. I jut stood there getting ignored in hopes I would leave? I eventually did. Pretty sure I will not return to this location.
