My 110k plus southwest ford pick up truck gave up on me. I really liked that truck. I wasn't happy with the news but then Jeremy Chick found a remarkable replacement. I had settled on a truck from the web site but it sold that morning so he showed up at my house with a beautiful used f150 that had just come in. I don't think it had even been inventoried yet or put online. It was unbelievable. A near perfect fit (not a big crimson red fan) but it had everything. I was stoked. He could have simply called and said the blue was unavailable so take a look at the online ad n tell me what u like but instead he went above and beyond, he knew what his inventory was n knowing what I was coming out of found the perfect ride. Thx to Charlie Mann at the Service Dept for hooking me up with Jeremy. My wife and I have been long time Southwest Ford fans. Thanks KM
