GMS has done our taxes for 7 years. Their customer service and knowledge is exceptional. We have hired other firms in the past, and hands down GMS is the best. Everyone in the office is professional and quick to respond to any and all questions. We recently moved across the country and will continue to retain GMS as our accountants.
I just started there.. My tax deadline is about due. I can't get ahold of anyone who is in charge, or who knows what's going on. You ask to contact the owner and get a we emailed him. That is all they do.. SO there is no way of contacting someone who is gone. I need my tax papers I dropped off over a week ago, and No one knows where they are!!! This is very inconvenient, and shows how they see small businesses. I guess my tax papers are not as important. The lady at the counter is rude.. Which helps a already upset client feel even better.
