Staff didn't seem too good. Spill in our bowling area when we got there along with a big mess of food, etc. We pushed the call button but when they came they only picked up the trash - never came back with a mop. Big spill still there when we left after having carefully stepped around it for an hour.

I’m finally done going to this theater. I went when it first opened and have gone at least 6 times. Tonight was the last straw. My husband and I showed up 30 minuets early to make sure we could order and get out food by the time the movie started. When the server finally came in 10 minuets into the movie he skipped two rows and left. When I notified the manager out side of our room she said he would be back after he put those orders in. Now 45 minuets into the movie servers are bringing others their food but no one came to take the two rows they skipped. Finally stop a server and she said she would get our server that she was just delivering the food. Now it’s an hour and 15 minuets into the movie and I hade to leave the movie again and go get another manager. She told the lady walking past go straight to theater 4 and get the top two rows orders. She walks in behind me and she ends up just taking a guys drink and coming back then leaving. The last 20 minuets of the movie they come and ask use what we’d like. WE GOT THE BILL BEFORE OUR FOOD CAME IN. I’m so tired of paying for service that can’t be met. If you do not have the people for the job do not offer the service.

I thought the arcade might have been a little expensive but, who knows, I've not been to one in a long time. The matinee movie was a great price, $4 a person, bowling for $22 an hour for up to 8 people! With only 3 of us, we got 2.5 games done with taking time out between plays to eat food. Overall, it was a fun time.

Read the reviews and was skeptical, but I don't see the problem with this place. It was great. We used to go to the movie tavern and we loved it, but this place is even better. Everything in one place. You could easily spend an entire day here.

This is our favorite place for fun! First of all, you can purchase your tickets on line and reserve your favorite seats. The seats are very comfortable too. I no longer have to continuously shift my body to be comfortable. If you tend to be a little claustrophobic, this is a good place for you to watch a movie. There is plenty of room between you and the people on front of you. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their tacos. The screen is easy to see even from the top, I don't need my glasses. The sound is excellent also. The arcade has games for all ages. I like that they have some retro games like skeet ball and more modern like Jurassic Park. Film Alley also includes a very nice bowling alley and restaurant with drinks.
