Ordered online and got to the store a bit early so I got to stand and wait a few minutes at counter before someone even acknowledged I was there. Then proceeded to watch an older lady at the oven, who I assume was a manager, yell at her employees like they're trash and watch them stumble around and bicker at each other. Then I watched them make three other customers just stand there in line with no help from employees before they got my order. Kinda looked like they were just trying to pretend we weren't there. Then once I finally got my order they didn't know that I had already payed for it and had to ask around to confirm that I had. Pizza was fine but customer service was AWFUL. Maybe if you showed some encouragement to your staff, and didn't talk to them like slaves they'd be a little more efficient. Also maybe try to take care of the customers that WANT TO PAY you for pizza...
These guys & gals are great! Service is always good and so is pizza. If I'm not happy with my pizza, they will fix it or replace it. Friendly courteous & nice.
I always get my order in a timely fashion and it has always been correct. This is why I use them.
So was very disappointed I ordered from Domino's at 9:25 got my pizza at 10:35 they got my order completely wrong It was supposed to be a Bacon, Mushroom and Alfredo cheese with extra Bacon . Barely any Bacon at all I called up there and spoke with the manger Josh he was very rude and snobby I was still speaking and he hung up on me . I was very calm and nice wasn't rude at all just explaining that my pizza wasn't correct. He said that they where cutting back on portions because of food cost I'm sorry if someone orders extra stuff and pay for it make your customers happy so they will come back for the service.. I'm sorry this just pissed me off completely I've never had a problem. He acted like it was a inconvenience to serve me. ..
Just placed an order online and drove 15 minutes to pick it up. The employee had my order in hand when informing me that their credit card machine was down. I didn't have a check or cash on me so the employees solution was for me to go get cash. Seems that the proper customer service would be to give the customer their dinner since the problem is not with the customer. Guess we are done with the Weatherford TX Dominos on Fort Worth hwy.
