I had a double knee replacement and was there for 11-12 days. The staff was very caring and there to help me at every request.
Horrible. My father is a stroke victim that was admitted when he suddenly became unable to transfer from his wheelchair to his bed, chair, etc. The staff (most not all) seemed to not care if he needed help. He would often sit for 45 minutes or more after pressing the call button. The therapists acted like he was faking his issues and my father said that they were mean to him whenever his legs would get too tired and he wasn't able to do what they wanted. They finally became more attentive after we decided to move him and we told them the issues we observed, including HIPAA violations.
Very sweet caring and loving kitchen staff, friendly and clean, nursing was great had ups and down with some staff and other staff was just beyond amazing.

My dad was placed at Weatherford Rehab Hospital following open heart surgery and complications. The services provided by the physical therapist and the occupational therapist have been fantastic and it the facility itself is new and clean. The facility is receiving a 1 star rating for the medical care that has been provided to my dad. They tell you that doctors do rounds daily however we have been here for over a week and have seen a doctor 2 times (one of those times was because we noticed swelling and asked to see him). My dad does not receive his medication accurately - different nurses give different dosages and when asked about it each nurse says the other nurse is wrong. When the case manager came to review information from my dads first meeting regarding his rehab plan it was like she was reading the wrong chart - she even made that same comment. So if your patient only needs physical or occupational therapy but no medical services then this place would work.
