Brookshires is one of my favorite grocery stores! No matter which one I go into, I always receive the same amazing customer service and meet employees who are happy to help and who are happy to be there. The company must take good care of their employees because it is rare to find any store whose employees don't have bad attitudes that you find in the employees at the Super Stores. Brookshires is always clean, organized, and has great sales every week!
I go once a week at least and spend at least 150.00 or better every week. Lately my fruits and vegetables that are refrigerated have been spoiling after a day or so. My wife and I love the store and the Company, I just think the refrigeration might have a problem. It happened 3 weeks in a row.
very long wait times for pharmacy I have waited over an hour and still waiting. ... I have never waited this long at the Azle location usually only 15-20 minutes.
I've hardly had any problems with this local store. It's my favorite place to shop for Groceries and many other necessities. They're always willing to help if I can't find something in stock. They always help you take your groceries to your vehicle, if you want. The added bonus is my shopping earns reward points and the phone application[both Android & I-Phone] helps me obtain coupons relevant to what I actually use.
