I've been a customer for more than 20 years. Best quality hay and feed at the right price. Easy and fair to deal with on purchases and trades. Always has what I need and never seems to run out.
The lady behind the counter was very rude and spoke down to me. There was a sign outside saying hay $85.00 and then another for $100.00.. i said i wanted the lower cost and she said she did not have it... i told her i did not want the other when she became rude and told me her was the only horse hay in Weatherford and i told her no Pligrams and great hay for $60.00 an she said they did not and i said i would just wait and get it from them and she was like then just go.... so i did and i got great hay from Pligrams and from very kind people...
Have gone to Horsemans for more than 10 years. Have always loved their customer service until recently. There is a younger girl at the register who is always rude and very unhelpful. every time we have gone in recently she is behind the counter and always the same horrible service from her. Yesterday, we called and asked if they sold Focus from OXY-GEN, the nice lady on the phone said she had 5 in one box and a whole box behind it. Today, we went in and asked where the Focus was located and she said “we don’t have that”. I informed her that we had just called the day before and were told that they did. She proceed to say “well we don’t” and didn’t help us look. We walked down every aisle and finally found it. When we went to check out she flipped off the young guy next to her when he tried to correct her about how to scan the focus (because she could not get it to scan) and said “f**k you” to him. Really ashamed that the owners would continue to let her work there.
Good feed and prices. Would be 5 stars if they opened early.
