Accent Florist is simply the best floral experience I've ever had! I wanted to have flowers delivered for a very special occasion and I tried Accent Florist. I called them and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They had very good customer service and they took very good care of me. The flowers were exactly what I wanted, a premium bouquet that was beautiful and show stopping. From You Flowers dropped the ball on a delivery that was supposed to be delivered today. They said no florist in town had time to send our much needed delivery out. We are from out of town, so I panicked and wasn't sure who to call. I called a couple of other florists and they were not able to help. Accent Florist was able to take my call and guarantee a delivery by this afternoon. They were extremely helpful and are trying to make an arrangement as close to what I need with what they have in the shop. I will always use them if I ever need flowers delivered in the area again! I just attended a wedding with the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen, and found out they were done by Accent Florist. The wedding was in Granbury, TX and the flowers were stunning! The center pieces were so grand, the bouquets were gorgeous, and so many perfect details through the reception and ceremony sites. Wish I was getting married again so I could use Accent! Impressive!
Tried to order roses at 10AM. No red roses and not very helpful...said they "could see if they could get some". If she would have said, "I will sure try or we don't have any, but I can find some for you"...they would have made a $100 sale. Their loss.
