Reservation booked through the insurance company. They called me on the day prior to pickup at 1852 to speak with me regarding my rental. Nothing about it being urgent.

The issue comes down to do not take a reservation if you do not have vehicles.

Very good place to rent a car. My vehicle broke down. They even came and got me. Really a great place.
Had to wait in line as there is only one person working. When it got to my turn the message was just they did not have any vehicles. Come back tomorrow. Could they guarantee a car tomorrow? No
Dropped off my car at the body shop and called for them to pick me up. The phone rang for over 15 minutes so I decided to drive down to the location.
I actually messed up my own reservation, reserving the car a day later than I meant to. They worked with me and even though the upgrade cost a little more, the cost was well worth not having to alter my plans.
