I haven't bought a bicycle in a long time and i was a little nervous about walking into a bike shop after so many years of not riding. Kristen was very professional and extremely helpful. She took time out of her busy day to answer all of my questions. Kristen helped me pick out a great bike. She also volunteered to mount the accessories that I purchased. I had a great experience!

Sweet place can't wait to bring my girlfriend here. Keep being awesome!

they make you feel as if uour family

Our little experience with this shop was perfect. Do yourself a favor and rent a bike or two for the day.

My boyfriend and I rented bikes for the day when they first opened. We rode around Holland Lake Park having a blast. 7 Miles later we returned to the shop exhausted and were greeted with wonderful customer service.

Very knowledgeable Staff and sales team. Excellent customer service skills

Get this! Owner just called me and started to argue that his son (go figure) did everything he was supposed to without even seeing my bicycle... keep up the great work, you'll be out of business in no time.

I pulled up and the entire staff is sitting on the curb smoking in front of my kids...nice. Stay Away!! Charged me almost double what they said. I told them I wanted my brakes to work, they bled them and they still don't stop, useless. Told them i wanted to shorten my cables, they charged me for it, but didnt do it. Told them i wanted my pedal spike adjusted to just above the platform, they still stick up 1/4". Told them i didnt want whitewall tires...you guessed it, whitewalls. Took a week for the "mechanic" to come in and he couldn't be reached prior, to be told to bring brake pads. Rebuilt my shock improperly the first time, I had to call the manufacturer myself to find out about warranty. When I disagreed with the price the tattooed hippie guy became hostile.
